New Adjustment from TIM: Increase of 1.99 Euros per Month for Some Mobile Customers from September

Continuing Adjustments for TIM Customers

Starting from September 1, 2026, some mobile phone customers will have to deal with the effects of a unilateral change to the contractual conditions just announced by the operator. It's important to note that the operator has also announced an adjustment for fixed-line customers who will experience increases of nearly 3 euros per month.

A New Increase?

The adjustment announced by TIM will result in an increase of 1.99 euros per month to the active offer fee. The affected customers will have the option to choose alternative solutions, such as switching to a new dedicated tariff (at the same price) or the free activation of 50 extra Giga or the 5G Ultra profile, if not already included in their plan.

In some cases, it will be possible to refuse the increase by activating an alternative offer with the same monthly cost and 2 extra Giga. In any case, customers must refer to the SMS message that the operator will send to those involved in the adjustment. The message will provide all the necessary information.

There is always the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal, either by terminating the line or switching to another operator. Withdrawal can be requested by:
