Fastweb, fifth rate adjustment of 2026: increases of up to 4 euros per month on fixed network

Fastweb increases again

Fastweb is increasing its rates once more. The operator has announced the fifth wave of rate adjustments for 2026 for its fixed-line customers. A new group of customers from the operator is set to receive an increase in their subscription fee, while new customers continue to benefit from particularly favorable offers.

Here are the full details on the new adjustment.

Up to 4 euros more per month

For the customers affected by the adjustment, a rate increase of between 3 euros and 4 euros per month is expected, depending on the active offer. Consequently, the increase in spending could reach up to 48 euros per year, without any further changes to the service provided. In the message published by Fastweb, it states that this increase is necessary to "continue to guarantee you the best network quality and provide services that are always up to your needs." The adjustment will take effect from the first renewal following August 1, 2026.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Customers will be able to exercise their right of withdrawal at no cost. To do so, in case of line termination, one can send a registered letter to Fastweb S.p.A. - Casella Postale 126 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI) or an email to [email protected], attaching a copy of the identity document and specifying the reason for withdrawal as "Change of contract terms." Alternatively, one can visit a Fastweb store, contact Fastweb Customer Service, or use MyFastweb by selecting the reason "Change of contract terms." Alternatively, it is possible to switch operators directly by informing Fastweb in writing via registered letter or email that the transfer to another operator is due to the "Change of contract terms."
