It's official, Apple has raised prices: increases up to 30% for Mac, iPad, and other products

The memory crisis is also being felt by Apple, which has raised the prices of its Macs, iPads, and other products such as HomePods and the Apple TV 4K. For now, iPhone prices remain unchanged, although new increases could come in the coming weeks. The price hikes are official for the Italian market, as clarified by the new prices listed on the Apple Store online.

Below, we report the new prices for Apple products, referring to the base model. However, the increases also apply to other configurations.

For instance, the MacBook Neo with 256 GB now costs 100 euros more, and the same increase applies to the 512 GB version. For Macs with a much larger memory configuration, the increases can be even more significant. These price hikes will also affect new products coming in the following months, as Apple plans more than 20 launches over the next 18 months.

MacBook

Here’s the new price list for MacBooks, with the increase in parentheses compared to the previous price:

MacBook Neo: 799 euros (+100 euros)
MacBook Air 13 inches: 1,449 euros (+200 euros)
MacBook Air 15 inches: 1,749 euros (+200 euros)
MacBook Pro 14 inches M5: 2,249 euros (+300 euros)
MacBook Pro 14 inches M5 Pro: 2,999 euros (+400 euros)
MacBook Pro 14 inches M5 Max: 4,899 euros (+600 euros)
MacBook Pro 16 inches M5 Pro: 3,499 euros (+400 euros)
MacBook Pro 16 inches M5 Max: 5,199 euros (+600 euros)

Mac Mini, Mac Studio, and iMac

Here are the new prices for desktop Macs:

Mac mini M4: 979 euros (+250 euros)
Mac mini M4 Pro: 1,929 euros (+250 euros)
iMac M4: 1,829 euros (+300 euros)
Mac Studio M4 Max: 3,049 euros (+500 euros)
Mac Studio M3 Ultra: 6,399 euros (+1,300 euros)

iPad

Price increases are also coming for iPads:

iPad 128 GB: 509 euros (+120 euros)
iPad Air M4 11 inches: 829 euros (+160 euros)
iPad Air M4 13 inches: 1,029 euros (+160 euros)
