Plaud devices have brought a breath of fresh air to the world of portable recorders. These are lightweight, compact recorders capable of capturing high-quality audio, but not only that: thanks to AI, they automatically generate transcriptions and notes from meetings, separating the contributions of individual speakers. Essentially, they perform the functions of AI assistants integrated into communication apps like Teams, Zoom, Meet, but do so anywhere: during live interviews, at press conferences, and even during regular phone conversations.

The success has been remarkable, with over 2 million users worldwide, prompting the company to aim higher and develop Plaud Team, a shared workspace that allows businesses to create notes during meetings, organize them, and collaborate on them.

Introducing Plaud Teams, the Shared Workspace for Business Users

Plaud Team brings Plaud technology from individual users to business teams. The functionalities remain the same, as do the devices. What changes is the subscription model, designed for the needs of businesses rather than individual users. IT teams will be able to centrally manage licenses and corporate Plaud devices, but above all, integrate Plaud’s transcriptions and summaries into internal workflows, thereby improving productivity.

Like the personal app, Plaud Team enables conversations to be captured wherever they occur: in-person in meeting rooms, phone conversations, and meetings via communication platforms. It then makes them available, depending on the needs, to individuals, groups, or the entire company.

Particular attention has been given to privacy and security, being a product designed for corporate needs: the data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, AI workflows operate without data retention and no default training; regional cloud hosting is available in Europe, the United States, Singapore, and Japan.

What are the Prices?

Until August 31, 2026, licenses are discounted: €15.60 per user monthly for annual billing, €29 per user for monthly billing. Starting in September, the prices will rise to €19.50 (monthly) per user for monthly billing and €36.30 monthly per user for annual billing. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
