Acer Expands QD-OLED Range: Professional Monitors ProDesigner PE320QK G0 and CE320QK G Debut

Acer has announced the expansion of its display solutions catalog with the debut of two new monitors based on QD-OLED technology, specifically aimed at graphics professionals, video editors, and digital content creators: the models Acer ProDesigner PE320QK G0 and Acer CE320QK G.

Both devices share a 32-inch diagonal with a native resolution of 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels), a combination that ensures high pixel density and the sharpness necessary for managing high-intensity visual workflows. Thanks to the intrinsic properties of QD-OLED panels, the monitors offer true 10-bit color reproduction and are certified according to the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 standard, which attests to the ability to reproduce absolute blacks and extremely high contrast ratios.

Acer ProDesigner PE320QK G0: Color Accuracy for Professional Workflows

The flagship model ProDesigner PE320QK G0 has been engineered to meet the color accuracy needs of the most demanding professionals. The display comes factory-calibrated, ensuring a Delta E < 1, a parameter that minimizes the deviation between the source color and the displayed color. The monitor also boasts Calman Verified certification and ensures coverage of 99% of the DCI-P3 color space and 98% of the Adobe RGB gamut.

From a dynamic perspective, the panel supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a gray-to-gray (GTG) response time of 0.03 ms, reducing blurring effects in fast video sequences. Complementing the technical specifications, Acer provides the Acer Smart Dial, a remote controller for quick adjustments of parameters such as brightness, contrast, and input source selection. The panel's performance mirrors that of the superior model in terms of smoothness, maintaining a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 0.03 ms GTG response time. The distinguishing feature of the CE320QK G is the integration of AMD FreeSync Premium Pro with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology. This hardware implementation allows the monitor's refresh rate to synchronize with the GPU's frame rate, eliminating visual artifacts such as tearing, stuttering, and flickering during productivity and video editing sessions. Finally, the monitor is equipped with the ErgoStand base, which allows complete geometric adjustments (height, tilt, and rotation) to promote ergonomics during extended work sessions.
