Italian Official Store for MSI: Free Shipping and Launch Offers Until June 14

MSI has announced the launch of its official online store dedicated to the Italian market, accessible by clicking here. The new e-commerce platform, managed directly by the company (unlike in the past), aims to provide a proprietary purchasing channel for gaming products, notebooks, monitors, and PC components, accompanied by assistance services and exclusive promotions aimed at the local community.

The opening of the store is celebrated with a Grand Opening event scheduled from May 18 to June 14. During this period, users will have access to a range of dedicated offers on some of the main hardware categories of the brand, including gaming notebooks, high refresh rate monitors, 4K models, and QD-OLED panels.

According to Roberto Saponieri, General Manager of MSI Italy, the new store represents a strategic step to strengthen the direct relationship with Italian users, while also expanding after-sales services and community initiatives.

From a commercial perspective, the company promises some typical benefits of direct channels: free shipping for orders over 150 euros, the possibility of return or exchange within 14 days, and access to technical support provided directly by the brand's specialized personnel. The stated goal is to ensure a more controlled shopping experience and greater integration between sales, assistance, and loyalty programs.

The promotions planned for the inaugural period involve various product lines. For selected notebooks, a one-year warranty extension is included for free, while discounts of up to 30% are offered on gaming monitors. Users who place orders over 229 euros will also receive an MSI Lucky Gift Pack.

The components sector is also part of the launch offers: gaming motherboards, power supplies, and liquid cooling systems will be offered with price reductions of up to 20%, always accompanied by dedicated gifts for purchases exceeding the indicated threshold.

In parallel, the new e-shop introduces a benefits system for registered users. Registration allows users to receive a welcome discount of 20 euros on the first order, while each purchase generates loyalty points redeemable in the future. VIP benefits are also planned, such as birthday discounts, rewards linked to account levels, and early access to exclusive promotional campaigns.
