Resident Evil Requiem: free DLC Leon Must Die Forever now available

After achieving great success in recent months, Resident Evil Requiem returns to the forefront with a free DLC. This isn't a surprise, as Capcom had already hinted at upcoming news for the game. On all platforms, players can now access the new mode Leon Must Die Forever. This is certainly an interesting addition that ensures hours of extra gameplay after completing the main story.

The new mode enhances the action aspects of the game, with Leon tasked to overcome a series of time challenges, with increasing levels of difficulty, for a total of 5 levels overall, and gameplay that is particularly dynamic and rich with new elements. This mode unlocks after completing the game and is available for all versions of the title. The DLC can be downloaded for free.

Capcom has seized the opportunity and also released a patch update for the game, aimed at ensuring further performance improvements. Among the new features is support for DualSense functionality for those using Sony's controller with the PC versions of the game.

Let us remember that a new expansion for Resident Evil Requiem is also on the way, which will enrich the game's story, with new elements that could later connect to a potential sequel. However, in this case, there is still no official date, and we will need to wait for the coming weeks to learn more.
