Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will have an official fragrance costing over 150 euros inspired by the medieval aromas of the game

The world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 expands beyond the video game with the launch of an official fragrance created in collaboration between Warhorse Studios and the Czech company Kintsugi Perfumes. The two companies, both based in Prague, have developed a limited edition perfume called Kingdom Come Eau de Parfum, designed to evoke atmospheres, ingredients, and suggestions present in the medieval universe of the game.

The fragrance will be offered in a 50-milliliter bottle priced at 3,790 Czech crowns, equivalent to about 183 dollars or 156 euros. The project has been entrusted to perfumer Martin Svach, who created a composition inspired by the natural elements collected by the protagonist Henry during the adventure. Among the evoked ingredients are apple, honey, sage, chamomile, and lavender, combined to recreate the atmosphere of the narrative world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. According to the description released by Kintsugi Perfumes, the fragrance opens with fresh and fruity notes accompanied by aromatic herbs, while subsequently lavender, mint, and chamomile emerge. The composition also includes floral nuances and references to wild honey and sage.

The final part of the perfume focuses on more intense and deep tones, with elements reminiscent of incense, tanned leather, dry papyrus, and smoked birch. The company describes these notes as fragments of a world already familiar to fans of the series. To accompany the launch of the fragrance, a photographic campaign featuring Stanislav Majer, the actor portraying Jan Zizka in the video game, has been created.

Alongside the promotional images, a cinematic and intentionally humorous advertisement featuring Luke Dale, an actor who plays Lord Hans Capon in the game, has also been released. In the official presentation of the product, Kintsugi Perfumes emphasizes the connection between the concept of fragrance and the idea of personal charisma, asserting that the allure conveyed by a fragrance has remained unchanged over the centuries, despite societal evolution. The company further compares the transition from the Middle Ages to modern times, highlighting how armor and horses have been replaced by elegant clothing and cars, while the emotional impact generated by a fragrance continues to represent a distinctive tool of presence and personality.
