Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3 Could Be a Reality: Warhorse Confirms They Are Working on a 'New Big RPG'

During a recent Q&A session on Reddit, Warhorse Studios revealed that they are engaged in the development of a new project, described as a large immersive role-playing game. Although no precise details were provided, this statement represents the first official confirmation of a new title in the works by the team.

The information shared was limited, but sufficient to fuel speculation. Considering the studio's long experience with the Kingdom Come: Deliverance series and the success achieved by previous chapters, it is plausible that the project in question could be Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3. However, there is currently no official confirmation that this is indeed the third episode.

Content Director Ondrej Bittner spoke, explaining that the team is not yet ready to share more detailed information. He did clarify that the game falls into the category of large-scale immersive RPGs, a genre that strongly characterizes the studio's identity.

Is Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3 really a reality? During the same discussion, Warhorse also dismissed some criticisms related to the use of artificial intelligence in development, implicitly emphasizing the importance of a more traditional approach to creating their games.

The context makes this news not surprising: the Czech studio was founded and developed precisely with the goal of creating realistic and complex role-playing games, as demonstrated by previous chapters in the series. After an initial experimental phase with the original title, the team consolidated their skills with the sequel, significantly expanding their production capabilities.

In the past, there were also rumors about a possible project related to The Lord of the Rings, but there are currently no concrete elements linking this hypothesis to the new RPG. Another relevant element concerns Daniel Vávra, a key figure in the series, who is no longer serving as the director in the second chapter, being engaged in a film adaptation of the franchise.
