Modular Hardware and Native AI: GWM's Recipe
The real revolution presented at booth B5 of CIECC is not just in the design but in what is not seen.
The ONE S platform is a native architecture based on artificial intelligence, able to support plug-in hybrid, full hybrid, BEV, thermal engines, and even hydrogen powertrains.
The technological gem is the Super Hi4 system, which promises to eliminate range anxiety with total ranges exceeding 1,300 km. It’s not just about kilometers, but an integrated ecosystem that includes active suspensions, all-wheel steering, and an AI capable of anticipating the driver's needs.
A Range for Every Need, from Luxury to Off-road
The exhibition in Beijing showcased an extensive product portfolio:
- ORA 5 Hybrid: The compact high-efficiency option for those seeking urban dynamism.
- WEY V9X: A six-seater flagship SUV that brings luxury to the realm of native AI.
- TANK 700 and P300 Hi4-T: The premium and professional response for extreme off-road.
- SOUO S2000: The surprise two-wheeler with a massive 8-cylinder boxer engine.
GWM Accelerates Towards Italy
In this context of global expansion, where the group already boasts 16 million users and a presence in 170 countries, Italy plays a central role in their European strategy.
GWM is indeed consolidating its structure in our country to meet the expectations of a discerning audience regarding design and daily practicality.
With a regional headquarters already active in Eindhoven and technical centers in Germany, the Italian debut of new electrified models aims to offer a concrete alternative based on safety (validated by cutting-edge crash centers) and technological reliability.

With 23,000 engineers and nearly 6,000 patents filed in just 2025, GWM no longer wants to be seen as "just" a car manufacturer.
