The technical core of the device resides in the evolution of the FlowWash system, which abandons traditional roller mops in favor of Track Mop technology. Unlike standard rollers, characterized by reduced contact time with the surface, the Track Mop drastically increases the area of contact, ensuring a greater persistence of mechanical action on the floor.
Key points of the washing system include:
- Constant pressure of 12N applied throughout the robot's path to remove the most stubborn residues.
- 16 precision nozzles that shower the cloth with a continuous flow of hot water at 60°C.

This analytical capability allows the activation of specific modes for caring for pets and children, modulating silence and intensity of intervention.
The all-in-one base station serves as a true sterilization center. To prevent pathogen proliferation, the system executes a 100°C thermal sterilization cycle on the entire water circuit. The integration of a dedicated anti-scale accessory and automatic detergent dosing aims to preserve the longevity of internal components.
At the end of operations, the system activates a hot air drying at 60°C to eliminate residual odors. In addition to the standard version, Narwal offers a compact base station only 28 cm high, designed for integration into reduced spaces without sacrificing the autonomy offered by the 2.4-liter dust bag, which guarantees up to 120 days of operation.
