Which technology do you prefer? Let us know, you could win a notebook

As is customary, in the weeks leading up to Computex in Taipei, we ask you readers to let us know your technology preferences through an online survey. What are the most important features for you when you are about to purchase a new monitor? What should be the right price for the next smartphone you will buy in 2026? What construction features do you look for in your next graphics card, AMD or NVIDIA?

What new technologies are you most interested in? These are some of the questions we have included in the Hardware Upgrade Survey - 2026, the survey we propose to our readers in collaboration with the European Hardware Association. Your participation allows us to better understand what preferences exist among the new innovations introduced by the tech world throughout the year.

The purpose of this research is to have a more complete picture of what interests our readers, so that we can provide content that better aligns with your expectations. For instance, knowing which products you want to buy in the current year allows us to better tailor our content and provide better technical support for your choices. The tech world is constantly evolving, and it is important for us to stay updated on what our readers are looking for and desire.

Once the survey is completed, we will share the results and analysis data that emerge from it, completing the analysis for the Italian market with what has emerged from similar surveys currently being conducted by the websites that make up the European Hardware Association, of which Hardware Upgrade is a part. Hardware Upgrade Survey - 2026

Participation in the survey is completely free; upon completion, if you wish, you can enter your email address to participate in a draw for a fantastic prize: an ACER Swift 16 AI notebook.

The winner of the prize will be drawn by Parsec Media S.L., the publisher of the Geeknetic site, which is one of the founding members of the European Hardware Association. We recommend completing the survey using a desktop or notebook. It takes just a few minutes, and no identifying data is required: you have until 10 PM on May 10, 2026, to provide your preferences. Thank you in advance for your contribution!
