New Adjustment from Fastweb: It's the Eleventh Since Last September
Fastweb's adjustment campaign continues, as it has recently announced new price increases for certain fixed-line customers. This marks the eleventh wave of adjustments since last September (four for fixed-line and seven for mobile offers).
New Price Increases from Fastweb
Selected Fastweb customers will see an increase in their monthly subscription fee starting from the first bill after May 1, 2026. The adjustment entails a monthly increase ranging from 1 to 3 euros, based on the offer activated by the customer affected by this unilateral adjustment. Consequently, the annual increases vary from a minimum of 12 euros to a maximum of 36 euros.
Fastweb will communicate the adjustment to the affected customers with their next bill. The rates affected by the increase are Internet and NeXXt Internet.
As always, there is the option to cancel the contract without penalties or deactivation fees. The request must be submitted by June 1, 2026. To exercise this right, customers can send a communication:
- Via registered mail to Fastweb S.p.A. - Casella Postale 126 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI)
- Or via PEC to the address [email protected], attaching a copy of their ID and specifying as the reason for cancellation "change of contractual conditions"
- By visiting a Fastweb store to request cancellation
- Accessing the MyFastweb customer area and specifying, in the appropriate section, the reason "change of contractual conditions"
Complete details regarding the new adjustments can be found on the official Fastweb website.
