LTM and OVHcloud Together to Accelerate AI Adoption in Regulated Sectors
LTM will use OVHcloud's European infrastructure to develop and manage artificial intelligence applications intended for companies that require greater control over data, infrastructures, and technologies used. The collaboration will initially focus on banks, insurance, healthcare, public administration, manufacturing, and telecommunications. The agreement includes the realization of cloud and AI architectures tailored to the requirements of different sectors, with particular attention to data localization, regulatory compliance, and the possibility of avoiding excessive dependence on proprietary platforms.
LTM will build its services on OVHcloud’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions. The portfolio in question includes Sovereign AI Cloud, Hosted Private Cloud, Public Cloud, and bare metal servers also intended for high-performance workloads.
Consulting, Migration, and AI Application Development
LTM will handle the consulting, migration, and modernization of IT environments, as well as the development of artificial intelligence applications. The company will operate as an Elite Partner of the OVHcloud Partner Network, with a specific focus on the European market. The goal is to prepare reusable configurations for different industrial sectors rather than designing each environment from scratch. These blueprints should include infrastructural components, data management rules, and tools for deploying AI models.
The partnership also aims to allow companies to maintain control over costs and technological choices. In the press release, both companies talk about an open-core model, but details regarding the technologies that will be made open, the portability conditions of workloads, or the levels of interoperability with other clouds have not been provided.
BlueVerse to Be Used for AI Agents
For application development, LTM will utilize BlueVerse, its ecosystem for creating solutions based on artificial intelligence. The platform will also be used to create and deploy AI agents aimed at business processes. The applications will be run on OVHcloud's infrastructure, which has 46 data centers globally and offers public, private, and dedicated cloud services. The presence of infrastructures in Europe allows companies to choose where to host data and applications, a particularly important requirement in sectors subject to regulatory constraints.
The collaboration does not concern a new autonomous cloud service but the integration between OVHcloud's infrastructure and LTM's consulting, migration, and application development services. No clients have been disclosed as already involved, nor have timelines for the availability of initial projects or financial investments related to the agreement.
"Today, companies look beyond simple cloud adoption: they demand sovereignty, transparency, and scalable performance. Thanks to the collaboration with LTM, we combine our sovereign cloud infrastructure with expertise in digital transformation and artificial intelligence," comments Terry Maiolo, Vice President and General Manager Asia Pacific of OVHcloud.
"Together with OVHcloud, we propose an open-core model that supports organizations in their journey toward technological sovereignty, allowing them to scale AI in compliance with regional regulations," states Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer of LTM.
