Vivo X Fold 6, the foldable is ready for debut: great power and a huge battery for the category
The new Vivo X Fold 6 is one step away from debuting (in the Chinese market), and the company has already previewed several details about the foldable. Following a very common trend in China, Vivo has revealed the technical details of its new smartphone ahead of the official launch date, set for June 26.
Specifications of the Foldable
The new Vivo X Fold 6 will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition SoC, paired with a 7,000 mAh battery. There will be various combinations of RAM and storage (up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage).
Among the specifications, there will also be a 200 MP main camera with ZEISS optics and a 1/1.4 inch sensor, along with a 50 MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens. The smartphone will support the ZEISS Teleconverter G2 accessory, which can also be used with the Vivo X300 Ultra.
Confirmed details also include the price. The new Vivo X Fold 6 will hit the Chinese market with a starting price of 9,999 yuan, which, at the current exchange rate, corresponds to just under 1,300 euros. This price refers to the version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Users will have various color options available, including black, white, and green, as well as a black/gold variant that will be exclusive to the top model with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
