TIMVISION: €2 Monthly Increase Coming for These Monthly Packages

TIM has officially communicated a new contractual adjustment affecting some TIMVISION monthly packages. The increase, amounting to €2 per month, concerns offers that include the DAZN Full and Family plans and will take effect between the end of July and the beginning of August 2026, depending on the type of contract.

The notifications were published in the "News and Contract Modifications" section of the TIM website on June 15, 2026. Mobile customers have already begun receiving a dedicated SMS, while fixed-line customers will find the communication in their June bill. TIM's official justification cites "economic needs resulting from changing market conditions for offers that include TV content."

Affected Offers and Cancellation Deadlines

The move is not entirely surprising: the prices of the DAZN Full and Family plans had already increased by €2 per month for new activations starting March 18, 2026. TIM is now simply aligning its entire monthly customer base, having already announced similar adjustments for annual packages beginning in August 2026.

Seven monthly packages are included in the reorganization:

  • TIMVISION Calcio e Sport
  • TIMVISION Calcio e Sport with Disney+
  • TIMVISION Calcio e Sport with Netflix
  • TIMVISION Gold
  • TIMVISION Gold Plus
  • TIMVISION with DAZN and Prime
  • TIMVISION with DAZN, Netflix, and Prime

Any active promotions will not be affected.

Regarding the dates, mobile customers will see the increase take effect from the first charge following July 25, 2026, while for fixed-line customers, the new rate will start from August 1. Those who do not wish to accept the change can exercise their right to cancel without penalties or deactivation costs: mobile customers must communicate this by August 24, 2026, while fixed-line customers have until August 31.

Cancellation can be formalized through the MyTIM customer area, by calling 119 (mobile) or 187 (fixed), visiting a TIM store, or writing to TIM - Customer Service - PO Box 111 - 00054 Fiumicino (Rome), attaching a photocopy of an identity document and specifying "Modification of Contractual Conditions" in the subject. In case of a free-use decoder, the return must occur within 30 days from termination; failing to do so, TIM automatically considers the purchase option exercised, with costs ranging from €10 to €129 depending on the model and the length of the subscription.
