Harley-Davidson Reveals the Italian Price of the New Electric City Motorcycle LiveWire

Less than a year ago, LiveWire, the new company spun off from the parent company Harley-Davidson, presented the electric motorcycle S4 Honcho, available in two versions: offroad and street.

Today, the company unveiled all the latest details, including prices and the start of deliveries. For the Italian page, LiveWire indicates this summer as the start of deliveries, starting from 5,399 euros for the offroad version, Honcho Trail, which is not approved for road use.

For those wanting a small motorcycle for urban commutes, a sector currently favored by manufacturers, the price rises to 5,899 euros for the Honcho Street.

Both motorcycles share the same characteristics: a maximum speed of 95 km/h, dual battery for a total of nearly 3.5 kWh, and an acceleration from 0 to 50 in about 3 seconds. The power of the motor is not mentioned, but given the type of motorcycle and the speed, it is reasonable to assume it is comfortably within the limit of 11 kW.

The motorcycle does not come with fast charging and takes about 2 hours to go from 20% to 80%, but the batteries are removable and can be charged outside the motorcycle, reinforcing the idea that this bike is designed more for commuting rather than long excursions.

With a weight of 120 kg for the Street model and a seat height of 76 cm, it could also be suitable for women and those who do not favor heavier motorcycles, almost replacing a scooter. Prices are similar in the United States, and clearly, LiveWire hopes to sell more units compared to the other bikes in its range, which are definitely more performance-oriented but also much more expensive.
