Fastweb Restructures Again: June Starts with New Increases for Landline Service

June begins with a new tariff restructuring. This time, the increase affects Fastweb's landline customers, who will see a monthly fee rise of up to 4 euros (up to 48 euros a year). This is not a new development for Fastweb users. The operator has announced several restructurings in recent months for both landline and mobile services. This marks the twelfth tariff adjustment from Fastweb recorded in the past year.

A New Price Increase

Some existing Fastweb landline customers are receiving a notification confirming the arrival of a new restructuring for landline services. The price increase, ranging from 1 to 4 euros per month, will vary based on the subscription activated by the customer and will take effect from the first renewal after July 1, 2026. Customers can check for the tariff restructuring communication in their MyFastweb area or in the invoice sent by the operator.

As always, the restructuring can be avoided by exercising the right of withdrawal without penalties or deactivation costs. There is time to exercise this right until the next September 1, 2026. There are two options: customers can request disconnection of the line, possibly losing their fixed phone number, or they can change operators by choosing a new offer.

To exercise this right, just send a communication: via registered mail to Fastweb S.p.A. - Casella Postale 126 - 20092 Cinisello Balsamo (MI) or via certified email at the address [email protected], attaching a copy of the identity document and specifying the reason for withdrawal as "modification of contractual conditions," by visiting a Fastweb store to request cancellation, or accessing the MyFastweb Customer Area and specifying in the appropriate section the reason "modification of contractual conditions."
