Iliad reintroduces Top 250 and 300 Plus starting from €9.99: Increased Giga in the EU

Iliad has announced the availability of the Top 250 Plus and Top 300 Plus options, priced at €9.99 and €11.99 per month, respectively. This move coincides with the simultaneous discontinuation of the standard Giga 200 and Giga 250 tariffs, which, at the same monthly fee, offered a lower traffic bundle.

The new Plus options will remain available for subscription on the official website, via SIMBOX in Iliad Stores and Corners, in Iliad Space stores, at Iliad Points, and through the Express network (which will also include newsstands from November 2025) until 3:00 PM on June 30, 2026.

Iliad Top 250 Plus and Top 300 Plus Return

Both plans include unlimited national minutes and SMS (with calls included from Italy to landlines in over 60 countries and to mobile numbers in the USA and Canada), 5G connectivity up to 2 Gbps for downloads and 200 Mbps for uploads in over 7,000 municipalities, and an enhanced data bundle for Roaming within the European Union, Moldova, and Ukraine (excluding the UK from 2026).

Specifically, the Top 250 Plus offers 25 GB dedicated to Europe instead of the 15 GB provided by the standard plan, while the Top 300 Plus increases to 30 GB for Europe compared to the standard 18 GB.

This foreign package operates independently of the national traffic; any overage for 2026 is set at €0.1342 per single Megabyte. The SIM activation cost (in trio or eSIM format) remains a one-time fee of €9.99, plus the first month's payment in advance. Access to the two new tariffs is also available to existing customers through the Personal Area or the official app, provided they come from an offer with fewer Giga and an equal or lower fee.

Iliad's Complete Line of Offers

The return of the Top Plus versions fits into a mobile portfolio that maintains the other proposals unchanged. The Giga 150 option remains available at €7.99 per month in 4G/4G+ (with 12 GB in the EU), without a predetermined expiration. In the higher tier, the Giga Prime remains at €12.99 per month with 300 GB in 5G (and 30 GB in the EU); this offer allows users to redeem 12 months of Amazon Prime at no additional cost by enabling automatic payment.

For existing customers on a plan that costs €8.99 or less, the Giga 180 upgrade option is still available for €8.99 per month. The range of special options includes Data 350 at €14.99 per month (5G only), Iliad Voice at €4.99 per month, and Iliad Home Automation at €1.99 per month for Internet of Things services. On the technical services front, all new activations benefit from official support for VoLTE on the 4G network, introduced on May 19 and being progressively rolled out for free to existing subscribers as well.

By subscribing to the new Top 250 Plus, Top 300 Plus, or the Giga Prime with automatic payment (IBAN or card), customers can access the benefits of fixed-mobile convergence. Associating accounts in the Personal Area unlocks a monthly discount on the fixed network: the Iliadbox Wi-Fi 7 2026 drops to €22.99 per month instead of €26.99, while the Iliadbox Super 2026 (which includes a Wi-Fi router with a 350 GB data SIM) is offered at €29.99 per month instead of €34.99, retaining the installation cost of €39.99. The combination also enables the iliadclub initiative, which allows converged users to add up to 4 additional SIMs from relatives or friends, increasing the total monthly data bundle up to 650 GB in Italy for each connected line.
