Trump Mobile's smartphone is ready: shipments started this week

The T1 Phone, the first smartphone from Trump Mobile, seems ready for debut. As confirmed by Pat O'Brien, CEO of Trump Mobile, to USA Today, shipments of the first units reserved for users who pre-ordered the device, officially presented last summer, will start by the end of the week.

After postponing the launch, altering the design of the images on the website, and changing the device's technical specifications, Trump Mobile now seems ready to launch its first smartphone, which may be followed by other models in the future.

The new T1 Phone has been shown online again. The image below is taken from a screenshot of a promotional video that Trump Mobile provided to USA Today. This is the same model currently featured on the official website (where it is specified that the images are for illustrative purposes only).

Still Many Doubts

From the information that has emerged in recent hours, Trump Mobile is expected to deliver all pre-ordered units of the smartphone within a few weeks. Currently, there are still many aspects to clarify about the model, which seems to have several points of contact with the HTC U24 Pro, a mid-range released almost two years ago, although it is unclear what the SoC is.

However, with the delivery of the first units, all doubts about the T1 Phone will be clarified. More details should arrive over the next few days. It should be noted that, at the moment, the smartphone is not available for purchase or pre-order through the company’s website. Interested users can only sign up for a waiting list.
