Samsung Confirms the Arrival of the Galaxy A27: The Debut is Imminent

Samsung's smartphone range is about to unveil a new addition: following the Galaxy A37 and A57, the South Korean company is planning the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A27. This model has been confirmed directly by Samsung on a page of its Brazilian official website, where it discusses Samsung Wallet and lists Galaxy devices compatible with certain features. The confirmation is virtually definitive; now we are just waiting for an official announcement.

Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A27 has long been the subject of various rumors and has also been spotted online with some benchmarks. From the combination of these elements, it's possible to piece together the technical specifications of the device.

The smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, with Full HD+ resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. Among the specifications, there will be room for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC (with support for 5G connectivity), which will be backed by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, there will also be a variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The battery is expected to be 5,000 mAh, but there are currently no confirmations regarding this.

The camera setup is expected to be the usual one, featuring a triple rear camera (a main sensor with 50 Megapixels, an ultra-wide sensor with 8 Megapixels, and a 2 Megapixel sensor for macro shots). The operating system will be Android 16 with One UI, offering the traditional 6 major updates guaranteed for all smartphones in the Galaxy A range.

For now, all we can do is wait for the official announcement regarding the debut of the new smartphone that will enrich Samsung's offering.
