At the heart of the Buds4 Pro is the dual driver acoustic system: an 11 mm woofer (with a 20% larger vibration area compared to the Buds 3 Pro) and a 5.5 mm magnetic planar tweeter, powered by a dual amplifier. Support for 24 bit/96 kHz Hi-Fi audio ensures high-level sound detail, with deep bass, present mids, and clear highs that are not aggressive.

The adaptive ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) is one of the model's strengths: the system analyzes in real-time the shape of the ear and the ambient noise to apply the most effective cancellation algorithm moment by moment. There is also a Voice Detection feature that automatically lowers the volume and activates ambient sound when one starts to speak, along with emergency siren detection for safety in the city.

Connectivity and Galaxy AI

The Buds4 Pro support Bluetooth 6.1 with a range of up to 50 meters in open environments and the codecs AAC, SBC, SSC, and SSC-UHQ. Those who own a Samsung smartphone can access exclusive features such as 360° audio with Head Tracking, Auto Switch between devices, and direct access to the AI assistants Bixby, Google Gemini, and Perplexity via voice commands or head gestures (nodding/shaking). However, some advanced features remain exclusive to the Galaxy ecosystem, while basic functions like ANC, voice detection, and touch controls work on any Android and iOS smartphone.

The 61 mAh battery in each earbud guarantees up to 7 hours of listening (6 hours with ANC active). Including the charging cycles of the 530 mAh casing, a total battery life of 30 hours can be reached (26 with ANC). Charging occurs via USB-C or Qi wireless, with support for PowerShare from Samsung devices. In 20 minutes of charging, 66% of the battery is reached.
