Computers with Snapdragon X Now Support 25 New Games
The Snapdragon X chips have yet to carve out a significant space in the market. The second generation, announced months ago but only recently being distributed with the first laptops, is expected to provide a substantial leap forward for Qualcomm.
The American company does not overlook gaming, and thanks to an agreement with NetEase, a Chinese developer and publisher primarily focused on online games, it can now rely on a greater number of supported titles.
The goal is clear: expanding software compatibility should make Windows computers with Snapdragon X chips even more appealing and capable of attracting users' attention.
More Games for Computers with Snapdragon X
Windows PCs with Snapdragon X chips (in all available versions) will be able to take advantage of support for 25 new games, thanks to the partnership between Qualcomm China and NetEase. Among the supported titles are some well-known games such as Naraka: Bladepoint, Marvel Rivals, FragPunk, Once Human, Sky: Children of the Light, and Where Winds Meet. There is also an improvement to the MuMu emulator from NeatEase, now optimized to leverage the Snapdragon X architecture for emulating Android games and apps.
The new announcement represents a small (but still important) step for the sector of computers with Snapdragon X chips, which relies heavily on the second generation to achieve a substantial increase in its presence, although initial tests confirm that on the GPU side, these chips still have much work to do. We will see if Qualcomm will initiate similar partnerships with other publishers as well.
