With an official statement, Vivo announced today the global launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra, a model set to carve out a prominent space in the high-end market, particularly among photography enthusiasts looking for a high-quality cameraphone. The smartphone will also arrive in Italy. For our market, there is already a date for the start of pre-orders.
Ready for Global Launch
The Vivo X300 Ultra is poised to secure a place in the global market. The smartphone has all the credentials to earn a prominent spot among high-end devices, especially regarding its photographic capabilities, featuring what the company calls the ZEISS Master Lenses Collection, which includes ZEISS Triple Prime lenses of 85 mm, 35 mm, and 14 mm, along with the ZEISS vivo 400 mm (equivalent) Gen 2 Ultra telephoto extender.
The smartphone is equipped with the ZEISS Gimbal-Grade APO telephoto lens of 85 mm and 200 Megapixels, with AF tracking support at 60 fps. There's also 3° gimbal-level OIS stabilization. Noteworthy is the ZEISS Documentary Camera of 35 mm with a Sony LYTIA 901 sensor of 1/1.12" and direct output at 200 MP. Additionally, there's the ZEISS Ultra Wide-Angle camera of 14 mm. Highlighted is the new ZEISS Gen 2 Ultra Telephoto Extender with a 400 mm telephoto lens and 200 Megapixel output.
To improve color rendering, the smartphone features a vivo Color-Sensing Camera, with 5 Megapixel multispectral sensors, 12 color channels, and an anti-flicker sensor. For video recording, all rear cameras support Multi-Focal 4K at 120 fps in 10-bit Log and Multi-Focal 4K at 120 fps in Dolby Vision. The smartphone also doesn’t overlook audio quality with the Quad-Mic Audio Recording Master system, aimed at delivering optimal audio recording performance, offering a variety of smart presets and the ability to reduce background noise.
The smartphone, let's remember, relies on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and a 6,600 mAh battery, supporting 100 W fast charging and 40 W wireless charging. It features a 2K ZEISS Master Color display with a 6.82-inch AMOLED panel and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. It also has an Armor Glass coating and IP68 and IP69 certifications.
